The inspiration in creating these “Element” pieces was to;

“Get back to the basics”.

A rekindling of the Fire or Passion I have for creating interesting

“Unique” Jewelry.

Creating pieces that cause people to take that second look in which then it’s hard to turn away and not look closer.

Realizing a Passionate person created what they are seeing.

In some way I hope to inspire and encourage someone to be passionate about something…… SHOES, health, or little sweet dachshunds.

Life in general I hope!

“People need passion” as Rod Stewart says in his song…..Ok, maybe he had something a LITTLE different in mind there, but you know what I mean?

Fire is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science.

It was commonly associated with the qualities of energy, assertiveness, and passion.

In one Greek myth, Prometheus stole fire from the gods to protect the otherwise helpless humans, but was punished for this kindness.

The ancient Greeks distinguished the destructive (aidelon) fire; associated with Hades, from the creative fire, associated with Hephaistos.

So very thankful for wonderful people that let me run

I loved making this Sculptured Pendant / Brooch.

Variety of work styles is refreshing, challenging but yes, I am Very thankful for the opportunities to design great jewelry.
